Godefroy-Laviolette offers you emplyment for 6 months. We mainly
recruit adults with the desire to improve thier professional skills,
attitude and behavior in order to contribute to the vitality of our
society. We offer specialized training in the following
feilds :

devided into 2 segments :

Personnal
development.
Once the 6 months
completed, for a period of 2 years we offer support and guidance to
help you stay on the workforce and maintain a job.

concrete actions. That's why we base
our intervention on: respect for the environment, a sense of belonging,
adaptability and innovation. In
fact, at Les
Entreprises d’Insertion Godefroy-Laviolette, the reality
is : when the resouces are human, anything is possible.
Through the collaboration
of Emploi Québec and other local
community partners, we are able to integrate
into the workforce more than 60% of the adults
who complete our program.
We are also a member of the provincial
network called « Le
Collectif des entreprises
d’insertion du Québec »
